Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the first day of your reservation. Check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Arriving before 3:00 PM? We’ll happily store your luggage—no problem.

Arriving late at night? If you arrive after 10:00 PM, the main entrance may be locked. Don’t worry—you’ll receive an access code by email, which will let you enter the building and access the check-in area. Everything will go smoothly—even in the middle of the night!

At Noli Studios, we use a modern self-check-in system that allows you to start your stay quickly and hassle-free.

When you arrive, head to the check-in area, where you'll find tablets for registration. All you need to do is:

1. Enter the check-in code you received in advance.
2. Fill in your personal details as instructed on the screen.
3. Take a photo and sign your name.
4. Then take your access card, place it on the reader, and program it—everything is automatic, step by step, and stress-free.

The whole process takes just a few minutes and lets you begin your stay without delay.

Before checking out, make sure to take all your belongings from the studio.
If your stay is short (from one night to one month), there's no need to clean or take out the trash—we’ll handle it for you.

If you’re finishing a longer stay (one month or more), please ensure the studio is left in the same condition as when you arrived. The final cleaning includes: vacuuming and mopping the floor, wiping all surfaces, taking out the trash, and washing the dishes.

Leave your key card in the marked location in the check-in area near the main entrance.

Safety and Emergency Situations in the Building

In case of emergency, always call 112. This is the direct emergency assistance line.

If a fire alarm is triggered, follow the instructions below and comply with directions from Noli Studios staff and emergency services.

The building is equipped with automatic fire detectors connected to the Emergency Response Center, which will automatically alert the fire department if a fire alarm goes off. Always treat alarms seriously for your own safety.

Building evacuation is managed and, if necessary, carried out by the fire department—use common sense and evacuate immediately if you are in direct danger. If the hallway is filled with smoke, it is recommended to stay in your studio and inform the Emergency Response Center (112) of your location.

Emergency exits are equipped with green emergency exit buttons that release the doors when pressed.

To avoid unnecessary fire alarms, always use the kitchen hood while cooking.

Security

Security personnel are present on-site from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to maintain safety and order.

If you have a problem—e.g., a neighbor is disturbing the peace or you’ve forgotten your access card—you can ask security for help.

If a security guard is not in the control room at the moment, they are likely on patrol. In that case, call the security phone number provided in your building—someone will get in touch with you and assist you.

Studio

Noli Studios is your home for as long as you wish, so please take care of it as you would your own. You can arrange your studio to your liking, but major changes such as painting the walls or installing shelves are not allowed. If you wish to drill a hole in the wall or hang a picture, this must be approved by Noli Studios.

Just inside your room, near the door, you’ll find the main power switch. Turning it on will activate lighting and most appliances. Please switch it off when leaving the room—this is part of our energy-saving system. Don’t worry—your fridge and freezer will continue working, as they are not affected by this switch.

Use the thermostat to control heating in your studio.
In rooms with air conditioning, you can control the temperature via the touch panel on the wall.

Never run the dishwasher or washing machine while away from home, and remember to turn off the tap between uses.

Each guest receives a personal key card to access their studio. This card must not be shared with others. Your personal key card opens your studio and the shared areas. If your key card is lost, contact Noli Studios staff immediately. In case of an emergency outside office hours, contact the security company to regain access to your studio.

To ensure safety for all guests and staff, always close the door behind you.
Open flames are strictly prohibited in Noli Studios facilities. Smoke detectors in rooms are activated by the presence of smoke.

If you need additional space to store furniture or personal items, please contact our staff.

If the card reader on your studio door flashes red when opening, it means the reader’s battery is low and needs to be replaced. Inform our staff right away to avoid getting locked out. Battery replacement does not require the technician to enter your studio—they only need to open the door.

Appliances in Your Studio

Your studio is equipped with various electronic devices designed to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Please use them responsibly to ensure optimal performance. Here are some important usage tips:

Electric Kettle

• Do not turn it on without water—it may damage the device.
• After use, unplug the kettle to avoid overheating.

Fridge

• Do not place hot food inside—it raises internal temperature and reduces efficiency.
• Do not block ventilation openings to allow proper airflow.

Freezer

• Do not overfill the freezer—it restricts airflow and may lead to uneven freezing.
• Always close the door tightly to maintain the right temperature.

Oven

• Always check the temperature before placing food inside to avoid burning.
• Never leave the oven unattended while in use.
• Be careful when opening the oven door—hot steam may escape.

Microwave

• Do not use metal containers—it may cause sparks and damage the device.
• Never run the microwave empty—it could get damaged.

Induction Hob

• Use cookware suitable for induction (ferromagnetic).
• Always turn off the hob after cooking to avoid overheating.
• Avoid spilling liquids that could get onto the surface.

Service Stations

Each floor has a service station with commonly used appliances including an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, and garment steamer. Use of these items is free, but please return them immediately after use.

Sustainability
To reduce energy consumption, always switch off the main power when leaving your studio.
All Noli Studios locations are equipped with recycling bins for mixed waste, bio-waste, glass, metal, as well as plastic and paper. Each studio has its own waste separation bins. Please sort your waste according to general recycling guidelines.
You can bring used batteries to Noli staff for recycling.
If you're leaving and have items you no longer need—but which could be useful to someone else—you can hand them over to our host office. We'll make sure they go to someone in need.

Maintenance
We have a maintenance team available on-site from Monday to Friday (exact hours may vary by location).
They’re here to assist with everyday issues—whether it’s a leaking tap, a light bulb replacement, or other minor repairs.
If you notice anything that requires attention, let us know as soon as possible and we’ll send a technician at the earliest opportunity.

Friends and Guests
You're welcome to invite friends and guests, but please note they do not have access to all shared spaces, and their stay cannot be permanent. Guests may stay overnight depending on the number of beds in your studio. If they plan to stay more than 1 night (for short-term contracts) or 2 nights (for flexible stays), you must notify our staff. For safety reasons, we may decline extended guest stays.

If we approve a longer stay, your guests will need to fill out a Guest Form to receive a temporary, personal key card.

It is essential that you never share your personal key card with guests or friends.
If you notice any inappropriate behavior from guests, please report it to our staff immediately. After reception hours, contact security. Any misconduct will result in consequences.
To ensure comfort for all guests using shared spaces, you may bring up to 3 friends at a time. If you plan to host more people, this must be agreed upon with our staff in advance.
Remember, you are responsible for your guests. If they cause any damage (hopefully not!), you will be liable for the costs.

Pets
Pets are welcome in all our studios for an additional fee. The pet fee is 150 PLN per month or 20 PLN per day. Please notify us in advance if you're bringing your furry friend, so we can place a pet sticker on your studio door and include the fee in your reservation.
You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet.
To protect those with allergies, keep your pet on a leash in public areas and do not bring them into shared spaces like the communal kitchen, work areas, or cinema room.
Please clean up after your pet both inside the building and on the premises.

Common Areas
Our common spaces are more than just rooms—they’re places to meet, relax, share meals, and enjoy life together. We designed them to encourage both rest and social interaction.
When using these spaces, please respect their intended purpose, the Noli Studios rules, and the guidelines in the Playbook. This helps ensure a pleasant environment for everyone.
Rule violations will not be tolerated—let’s keep these spaces safe, welcoming, and open to all.
Be considerate of others—clean up after yourself and take your personal belongings when you leave. That way, everyone enjoys their time just as much as you do!
Common areas are open 24/7. Please observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.
Noli Studios is not responsible for lost or unattended items. Please check with staff if your belongings have been turned into lost and found.
If additional cleaning is required after your use due to mess left behind, you may be charged extra cleaning fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in Noli Studios. Designated smoking areas are clearly marked.
The use of intoxicating substances or engaging in illegal activities is strictly forbidden.
Food and drinks are not allowed in movie and game rooms. For meals, please use the nearby communal kitchen.
To ensure everyone can fully enjoy our common spaces and amenities, please be mindful of your surroundings and treat others with respect.
If you or your guest deliberately cause mess or damage (beyond normal use), a service fee of 500 PLN per started hour may be added on top of the repair or cleaning cost.

Cooking and Dining
Our shared kitchen makes everyday meal prep easy and fun—and it's a great way to meet new people!
Everyone can use the communal fridge and freezer. Be sure to label your food with your name and intended date of use to prevent it from being discarded during weekly cleaning.
All appliances and equipment in the communal kitchen are available for everyone’s use. Always leave the kitchen in the condition you found it.
Please refrain from taking any tools out of the kitchen and thoroughly clean up after using the space.

Co-working
Our coworking space offers comfortable workstations, fast internet, and an atmosphere conducive to focus.
Phone booths are available for use at any time, as long as they are unoccupied – no reservation required.
If you need a meeting room, you can use the conference room, which can be booked directly using the tablets next to it. Remember that a single booking can last up to 4 hours.

Gym
Noli Studios is equipped with a gym available to our Guests 24/7 at no extra cost. You can work out anytime using your personal access card. Please return equipment to its place and wipe it down after use to maintain cleanliness. It is also important to respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The gym is used at your own risk.

Sauna
If you're looking for a place to rest and relax, you're welcome to use the sauna, available to our Guests 24/7 – at no additional cost and with no reservation required.
Note that opening hours of sauna areas may vary by location. For details, ask our Host Team or check the schedule posted in the sauna room.
Use of the sauna is at your own risk.

Cleaning
For short stays, studios are cleaned every three days. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. If you do not want to be disturbed, please press the "privacy" button on your door, and we will try to clean later the same day. During cleaning, the studio must be empty of people and pets. Please ensure your personal items are stored and do not obstruct cleaning.
Towels provided in the studio are for hygiene purposes only. A fee applies for damaged towels. Please do not wash studio-supplied linen or towels yourself.

For flexible stays, cleaning and linen/towel changes occur monthly. You will be notified in advance of your cleaning date. Due to the cleaning schedule, the date may vary by 1–2 days. If there are changes, you will be informed by email.
To ensure a pleasant return to a fresh and clean studio, prepare it before the cleaning team arrives. Always take out your trash and recycle paper, bottles, and cans. Remove clothes from the floor, store valuables in the closet, and clear all surfaces of loose items.
Please note that skipping cleaning may result in additional charges:

• Common areas: 250 PLN per started hour*
• Studio/unusual or heavy mess: 250 PLN per started hour*
• Studio/end-of-stay: 250 PLN per started hour*
• Pre-ordered additional services: 100 PLN per started hour*
• Removal of large items left in the studio: 250 PLN per started hour*

Other additional services:

• Extra linen change (only for fully furnished studios): 75 PLN per request
• Extra cleaning: 100 PLN per request

Laundry
At Noli Studios, you can book time in our shared laundry room. It is equipped with washing machines, dryers, irons, and space for drying clothes and linen. Some locations also have a sewing machine. Please keep the laundry area clean. Do not wash rugs, shoes, or items that could damage the machines.
Clothes or items left in the laundry room for more than 48 hours will be removed by staff. If you notice anything that needs repair, contact our staff.
Use of washers and dryers is free. However, we do not provide detergent – please bring your own washing powder, liquid, or other products.

Reception Pickup Point
We can receive your mail and store it for three days. Please inform staff about your expected delivery and pick-up date. Only staff have access to the storage area, and any uncollected items will be discarded. Noli Studios is not responsible for mail or its condition.

Storage
We have additional storage rooms for both large and small items. Availability varies by location, so please visit the Host Office to learn about your options.
Storage spaces are available for an additional fee.

Bicycle Storage & Shared Bikes
Bike racks are available to all Guests.
If you don’t have your own, we offer shared bikes free of charge. You can borrow one for the day during Host Office hours (8:00 AM–10:00 PM).
We encourage you to take advantage – they’re great for exploring the area or getting around the city!

Parking
Parking spaces are available for an additional fee: 350 PLN per month, 60 PLN per day.
Availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Reservations must be made through our partner website: cyfrowyparking.pl.
Our parking system uses license plate recognition. If you have an active subscription, entry is automatic – no need for a card or ticket. Just drive in. Easy and convenient.

Printing
Every Noli Studios location has a self-service printer for your printing needs. This service is subject to additional fees.

Breakfast
We can arrange a catered breakfast for you – meat or vegetarian options available.
To order, contact the Host Office in person, by phone, or by email no later than 8:00 PM the day before, and complete payment. Only paid orders will be confirmed.
The cost is 50 PLN per breakfast.

External Diet Catering
We do not allow couriers on guest floors. If you use an external catering diet service, your meals will be placed either in the Host Office, on the table opposite the Host Office, or in the shared kitchen fridge.
Ask the Host Team at your location where to collect your meals.

Community Events – Building Community Together
Community is important to us at Noli. That’s why we regularly host events and gatherings – from small workshops to larger parties.
All Guests are warmly invited to join! Some events require registration, so book early to secure your spot.
